Returns and Refunds

Rapidmotorus is dedicated to ensuring a hassle-free purchasing experience for every customer, which is why we’ve implemented a comprehensive warranty policy to facilitate returns and refunds for defective or incorrect merchandise. Our warranty process is designed to be smooth and efficient, with prompt handling of queries and complaints.

How to Claim Warranty?

To initiate a warranty claim, please ensure you have the following information ready:

 

Proof of the issue (images/videos)
Warranty documents signed during the order placement
A diagnostic report from an ASE certified mechanic (if proof of the issue is unavailable). Before initiating a warranty claim, please ensure that all pre-installation checks (as outlined in the warranty page) were followed during installation, as this can help mitigate common issues.

How to Initiate Return?

While we take every precaution to ensure the delivery of a properly functioning unit, if you still wish to return your used engine or transmission due to any issue, please follow our return guidelines:

 

Contact us via our dedicated support toll-free number or email us at support@rapidmotorus.co, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, CST.
You have a 6-month return and replacement warranty from the date of delivery to return the merchandise.
Upon approval from the warranty team, our support team will initiate the pickup procedure. We will provide a BOL (Bill of Lading), which must be printed out and presented to the driver at the time of pickup.
The returned used engine/transmission must be in the same condition or packaging as originally shipped. Returns may be limited if the merchandise received is modified, damaged, or partially/fully installed.
Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original transportation costs will be covered by us if the return is approved, and vice versa.
Exceptions can be made for a used engine if it is received damaged or accepted incorrectly by us.

Upon receiving the merchandise, we will initiate the replacement or refund as required.
For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing to your source account.
For replacements, we will deliver the replacement merchandise within 3-5 business days, following our standard order fulfillment process (defective merchandise must be picked up prior to replacement shipment/refund initiation).

What to Do in Case of Failed Delivery?

While occurrences of failed deliveries are rare due to our close monitoring of shipments and reliable delivery partners in the USA, we acknowledge that some situations are beyond our control. If merchandise is not delivered, it will automatically be returned to Rapidmotorus. Upon receipt, we can either resend it through a different carrier or process an order cancellation with a full refund.
